According to the report of jahanegardesh, Ali Asghar Shalbafian, the deputy director of tourism, said in a group of professors and activists in the field of tourism education who had gathered under the pretext of establishing an autumn school of tourism in the Persian Gulf hall of this deputy director, he said: “Our effort is that education in the field of tourism, It should be practical and meet the needs of this industry from different dimensions and angles. Therefore, the production of creative and practical educational content is one of the most important tasks of the office of studies, education and tourism planning, which can be realized with the continuous and dynamic cooperation of the private sector, universities and educational centers.

Referring to one of the ongoing educational projects in the thematic tourism sector, the vice president of tourism added: Currently, one of the actions in the direction of producing creative and practical content is the conversion of the international book on transnational tourism topics and routes, prepared by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). and the European Union Travel Commission (ETC) to the illustrated and video information, which after completion and complete compilation, in addition to being used in the topics of various educational courses, is also communicated to the provinces of the country and as one of the evaluation criteria of the provincial colleagues with the aim of updating information and knowledge required, will be used.

Shalbafian added: Following the positive experience gained in the content of thematic tourism, this action can be implemented in various ways, including compiling the experiences of veterans, experts and successful people in various fields of tourism and transmitting information to the wide range of the family of this industry, both public and private. The continuous cooperation of the Office of Studies, Education and Tourism Planning, the academic department and private educational centers should be put on the agenda.

He clarified: Based on this, the experiences of veterans in the field of tourism such as Jalal Nasiryan, people who own successful business models in this industry, active young people or people with scientific or non-academic opinions, in the form of oral history, were collected, recorded and then be transferred to the interested audience community.

Shalbafian based the first project of recording educational experiences on the transfer of the experiences of Jalal Nasirian, a pioneer of the tourism industry, and said: “It is our responsibility to benefit and transfer the knowledge of more than 50 years of Nasirian.” The experience of loved ones like him who have gained experience in this field for years should be recorded. This action is a valuable project because before the professors of this field lose their ability to speak due to old age, illness, it has caused the documentation of valuable experiences and can be used as a reference point for the young generation and the audience of this be placed in the field.

The vice president of tourism further emphasized: by defining various educational projects, we must open new openings for entering a different and practical view in this area, in addition to general and conventional education, and benefit from education to blow the dynamic torch of tourism.

He also called the establishment of special training courses for tourism activists in the form of summer schools and now in the form of autumn schools as a worthy action by the Office of Tourism Studies, Education and Planning and said: the goal is to provide content, teach and hand over the executive responsibility of schools. Tourism education to the private sector and related professional organization and on the other hand, facilitation by the Vice-President of Tourism as a public sector, to provide this special opportunity for the tourism family and by continuing it and using the virtual space on a large scale, informing and communicating with interested audiences. This area should be established.

Shalbafian emphasized: We must create a comprehensible bridge between educational resources and topics in order to objectify the mechanism of transferring concepts. Fortunately, we also have the tools. We should start training from the headquarters and provinces. The first group that needs training is ourselves. When we accept that we need to learn, it increases the motivation to learn.
